The assisted consultation of the family’s historical archive dating back to the second half of the 1200s and of some ancient books in the library, drawing on historical documents and leafing through albums of postcards and ancient photographs, can represent a further experience for interested guests. Also available are over 300 books that are mainly historical novels by famous modern authors including Manfredi, Cervo, Wilbur Smith, Simoni, Jacq and many more.

The family’s archive, declared of notable historical interest by the Archival Superintendency of the Marches, dates back to the 13th century and is kept in the palace.

The Geography

Tenth and last abbot of the abbey of Santa Maria di Castelbaldo, in Montecerno, near the village of Offagna. Passes for people subject to the abbot for the territories of the papacy.
